  • Make sure there is an unobstructed, direct line of sight between your Pico VR headset and your network router / Wi-Fi access point.
  • Make sure the distance between your Pico VR headset and the Wi-Fi router is less than 10 metres.
  • Make sure the Wi-Fi router is not covered, but placed out in the open in the room.
  • Make sure the PC is connected to the Wi-Fi router via a network cable. Check that the cables are plugged in firmly enough.

If you are using a laptop:

  • Make sure the laptop is connected to a power supply. If you connected the laptop only afterwards, close all programs (ViRTUE, Pico Connect app, SteamVR).
  • If your laptop has both an integrated and a dedicated GPU, make sure ViRTUE runs on the dedicated GPU.
I started ViRTUE, but it does not appear in my VR headset.
  • Close the Pico Connect app on both the PC and the VR headset.
  • Close SteamVR if it is open.
  • Now follow the steps for starting ViRTUE again.
The screen of my Pico 4 VR headset turns off on its own.

Between the lenses of the VR headset there is a presence sensor that detects whether you are wearing the headset. Make sure nothing is covering the presence sensor.
