Install the software

For ViRTUE to run, three components must be installed on a Windows PC.

Requirement

All three components run on a Windows PC that meets the minimum requirements. Check these in advance under System requirements.

Valve’s gaming platform. Both SteamVR and ViRTUE are installed and launched through Steam.

Valve’s VR runtime environment. SteamVR connects your VR headset to the PC and provides the tracking for ViRTUE.

The training app itself. It is installed on the PC and launched in the VR headset through SteamVR.
